III. Terms and Conditions

• Rooming List
  • A complete rooming list with specified names must be received by the hotel at least 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival and must include therein full details of flight information, meals requirement and arrival time.
  • Any room release will incur a one night charge. Should this rooming list not be received, the hotel reserves the rights to release all the rooms immediately with the 100% applicable cancellation charge to the Company herein.
• No Show Policy
  • For any booking that does not materialize, full room charges for the duration booked will be charged to the Company herein.
• Check in / Check Out
  • Check in time is 14.00 hrs and Check Out time is 12 noon.
• Check out extension time
  • Any extension from 12 noon on an hourly basis will be on the hotel’s day use charge.
• Early Departures
  • In the event that a guest checks out earlier than the confirmed date, the Hotel will retain all room and tax payment for the balance of the stay.
  • Emergency Departures will be considered on a case by case basis on approval by the Hotel Management.
• Taxes / Service Charge
  • The Hotel reserves the rights to adjust the rates herein agreed without notice at any time in the event of relevant authority fees imposed / tax alterations / revisions by government and service charge amendments.
• Group Deposits and Final Payments
  • Initial non-refundable deposit of 50% of one night room charges are required by the Hotel 14 days prior to arrival.
  • Final payment of the bookings must be paid to the Hotel at least 7 days prior to arrival or dateline specified.
  • If for any reason the hotel does not receive the deposit or the final payment, the hotel can assume that the booking may not materialize and reserve the rights to release the rooms immediately.
• Credit Card Payments
  • We accept VISA, MASTER, JCB, AMEX and CUP credit cards for settlement of accommodation as well as other incidental charges.
• Cancellation Policy
  • A cancellation charge on the total value of the reservation for each room cancelled will be levied for any notice of cancellation received and the reserved rooms will be released, if the written notice is not received within the time limit stated:
  • Cancellation within 2 days prior to the arrival date will be charged at 100% of the total reservation.

To enjoy these special rates, please ensure your future reservations are made by and under Fireworks Myanmar. Reservations will be held for two (2) hours after the expected flight time of arrival or until 6PM of arrival date if flight details are not provided or unless advised or guaranteed. Please note that all bills are to be settled in full upon guest departure from hotel or as arranged with the hotel management approval, either in US currency or local kyats at the hotel conversion rates and in accordance with the hotel policies.
